How I Can Support You

Individual Psychotherapy

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults navigating emotional, relational, and psychological difficulties, as well as periods of transition, uncertainty, or personal growth.

While psychodynamic psychotherapy is my theoretical home, I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on each person's needs.

I believe we are fundamentally relational beings. Many of the ways we experience ourselves (our strengths, struggles, patterns, and coping strategies) are shaped by our relationships and life experiences. Therapy, therefore, becomes more than symptom management; it is an opportunity to better understand yourself, your emotional world, and your relationships with others.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a reflective, emotionally safe, and authentic space where insight, growth, and meaningful change can emerge.

Being Human

In addition to individual psychotherapy, I offer Being Human—a series of live online psychology workshops exploring the challenges of everyday life.

Drawing on psychological knowledge and years of clinical experience, each workshop combines psychological insight with practical tools to help participants better understand and respond to common emotional challenges. Topics include anxiety, exhaustion, emotional regulation, communication, and other experiences that many of us encounter as part of being human.

These workshops are psychoeducational and reflective rather than therapeutic. There is no expectation to share personal experiences, and participants are welcome to engage at their own pace.

Open to everyone.
