Psychological Services

My practice offers individual psychotherapy for adults navigating emotional, relational, and psychological difficulties, as well as periods of transition, uncertainty, or personal growth.

I believe that human beings are fundamentally relational. Many of the ways we experience ourselves, including our struggles, patterns, wounds, and coping mechanisms, are shaped by relationships and lived experiences over time. Therapy, therefore, becomes more than symptom management; it becomes a space to better understand yourself, your emotional world, and the ways you relate to others and to yourself.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. I aim to create a reflective, emotionally safe, and authentic space where new ways of understanding, feeling, and relating can emerge.

Areas of Focus

I work with clients experiencing a range of psychological and emotional concerns, including:

  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties

  • Identity exploration and conflict

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Trauma and emotional pain

  • Self-esteem and self-worth difficulties

  • Life transitions and adjustment challenges

  • Grief and loss

  • Burnout, stress, and emotional overwhelm

  • Race, culture, belonging, and intersectionality

  • Personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional development

Therapeutic approaches

While I rely on and consider the psychodynamic school of thought to be my theoretical home, I am eclectic in my therapeutic approaches, depending on the needs of my clients.
